About Dr. Tom Feck PT, DPTÂ
Hello and welcome! A little about myself: I’ve always been an athlete and lived an active life. Like so many others this led to me experiencing several injuries which include: ACL repair, Broken foot, chronic neck & back pain, and a labral tear to a shoulder. My personal physical therapy experience was awful and unhelpful and I vowed to do my best to provide my clients a better experience. This led to me learning how to treat my own injuries and developing my own programs which I have then gone on to share with my patients and clients.Â
My interests are trying to learn new skills and stay active. Currently I spend most of my free time lifting weights, improving mobility, Beach volleyball and surfing. I enjoy doing other social activities such as golfing, pickle ball and cycling with friends and family.Â
My inherent belief is that everyone has the capability to improve and recover. No exceptions. People may have to work longer and harder than they planned and may need adjust their expectations but I believe this for everyone trying to improve themself.
